This show was originally devised for the centenary celebrations of Orleans Primary School, Twickenham. This is what they said:
“All the children, even the very youngest, were totally engaged throughout. And so were the teachers. We all loved it! Thank you.”

Go back in time 100 years to meet Frances Hodgson Burnett, the acclaimed Edwardian writer. She needs a little help with her new story about Mary Lennox, who is orphaned and sent from India to live in a remote manor house on the Yorkshire Moors.

In role as characters and creatures from the story, the children engage closely with the narrative. Using costume, props and set, they will help to re-tell this magical adaptation of the classic children’s book about a lonely & sad little girl who finds friendship & happiness in the Secret Garden.

The show can be adapted to suit any age group. It lasts 1 hour and is suitable for several classes (up to 120 children) in a hall or other large space. Cost: £190 per show
