Roman London: the action takes place in the
Central Londinium slave market. The children
are in role as young slaves newly arrived from Caledonia. They meet Martia,
a recently freed Roman slave, who has been sent to train them in the ways
of the Romans.
A highly interactive Drama Workshop, using a selection of replica artefacts and focusing on Roman life in the city - including trades, customs, gods ... and even a little Latin! |
